Record Picker search not keeping selected records.

When I use the search in the record picker to choose which records I want to print, I can't search for any additional records without the currently selected ones being unselected.

Is there a setting for the record picker that enables it to retain selected records through additional searches?

  If you going into the Properties of the Record Picker, on the Record Picker tab there a 3 different selection modes that can be chosen whilst on the Data Entry option there is a tick box to remember the selection for next time, which may be what you are looking for.
