QR Code not working correctly on TC25 Scanner

Hi

I'm using a QR code to log into some software. The QR code reads the users email address, tabs to the password, reads the password and logs the user in. 

On the desktop 2D scanner the QR code works fine, but when using a TC25 handheld scanner, it reads email and password as one line. 

Can anyone help with what the correct profile settings should be for the scanner, or offer any advise how to resolve the issue. 

The code is set up as follows: email-address.com<HT><CR>password<LF> 

Barcode Type: QRCode

Character Decoded:39

  It maybe be something you need to enable in the scanner itself, possibly in the Data Wedge settings .
