Issue with serialized labels

We've been having a problem printing labels with serial numbers. We will test a label and it shows up as fine. Once you tell the printer to print the run of labels, it prints out the first label fine, any following labels only print the serial number and none of the other information we put on the labels.

In print preview, it shows the run as printing correctly. The printer seems to be up to date and we can't figure out the problem.

I'm not sure if it is potentially an issue with the version of the BarTender software or what. Any help would be appreciated.

  What printer and what fonts are you using? 

  Try adjusting this option, if is available and see if that has any impact (this changes whether BarTender or the printer control the serialisation, although it may not be available for all printers)

  

  You may also want to try with the static objects turned off too

  Changing the fonts seemingly did the trick. Thank You! I'm not sure what caused this problem, as we hadn't changed any of the fonts on our templates in probably years. Maybe something updated and prompted something to change
