Migrating Librarian contents from one server to another

I need assistance in migrating Librarian contents from a server hosting version 10.1 to another server hosting 11.1.  Perhaps there is a white paper on this particular subject?  I need to duplicate Commander functionality on 11.1 using Integration Builder (done) and continue use of Library contents from the older versioned server.
