PC hardware failure License server

We have an installation of 7.75 enterprise We had a PC motherboard failure and moved the hard drive to another machine

What do I need to do to start the license server? Event log shows hardware change as the error

  Version 7.75 has not been supported for a number of years and I would suggest you contact you regional Tech Support team directly to see if they can assist as it sounds like they will need to perform a manual deactivation of their licence system and so you can reactivate it. However as it is an obsolete product (it was released in 2005) then this may no longer be possible.
