Fonts' Upload bloqued on driver page

Hello,

I want to install our font commonly used in order to solve some scale issue.

On the driver page the download font menu option is in grey and clicking on it do no thing!

Technical informations:

• Printer model: TOSHIBA B-EX4T2(B-EX4D2)
• Driver TOSHIBA TEC TPCL Drive
• Driver Version 2020.4 M-2
• Printer connected on Ethernet
• Windows 10 x64 bits with remote desktop

Who can I load a vectorial font?

Why menu is not accessible?

  Windows permissions I would suggest. You may need to login with full admin rights and make sure you are trying to process the command from the PC/Server where the driver is installed/shared from.
