Automatically Save a label image to a file after it is printed to a printer.

 Automatically Save a label image to a file whenever it is printed to printer via the printer port or Designer.
We have several stations that print labels to their station's printer manually using the BarTender Designer or the Print Portal.
I need a way to automatically save the label image (ExportPrintPreviewToImage)  to a specific folder with the filename containing something like the date and one or more of the Labels fields/objects whenever they print a label.  E.g. 2026-03-03_123546789.png for object Serial_Number = '123546789'
I know how retrieve printed label's job information from the BarTender System Database via the most recent PrintJobID.

  Have you looked at Print Job logging in Administration Console and log the data in the System Database via History Explorer.

  Alternatively you could use Actions or an Integration to print the label to PDF after it prints normally
