Not printing the number of pages specified in the database.

Hello.

I recently purchased a new Lexmark printer. I print singes using a CSV file data source. In that file a field specifies the number of duplicate pages to print.  For example 3 copies of the first record, 1 copy of the second record and so on. However with the new printer these counts are ignored and i get three copies of every record. What can cause this?

  Not sure why this would have changed but I would suggest you open the label format and from the File>Print screen make sure the number of copies box is greyed out and from the button to the right of this that the quantity is getting the value from the correct database field still
