TEC B-852 Printer labels creeping

Hi All,

A client of mine has 3 TEC B-852 Thermal printers. They print "Tree labels" on them. The labels 350mmx25mm.

They have a piece of software (WinTree) that they use to print the labels.

2 of the 3 people that use the printers have an issue where the label print creeps up the labels, further with each label that is printed. One user has no issue.

I checked and checked the drivers used and the settings on each p.c printer install to make sure they are the same and cant get to the bottom as to why its happening.

Any help would be appreciated

  It certainly sounds like the printer settings, either in the driver or the front panel of the printer, I would check the sensor settings you are using and make sure they match across the three devices.
