Dear Support Team,

My name is Lucas, and I represent software.com.br, a software reseller.

One of our clients is experiencing an issue with their Bartender software. Below is the message from the client:

"Good morning, my Bartender software is showing an error when trying to print, even though the license is active and the computer has not been changed. Please see the attached screenshot of the error."
