Reinsall Bartender issue

Our PC hard disk with BarTender software was crack . It mean we could not uninstall the Bar Tender before installation to NEW PC. 

So, the probelm is we could not activate even we have activate KEY.

I wonder .....if there a SOP to solve the mentioned problem

  If you no longer have access to the old PC you will need to speak to Seagull's Technical Support team directly (submit a request above) to see if they can help you to manually deactivate the exiting licence
