PRN file generating Bitmap image for Rectangle box with rounded corner

Hi, we are trying to generate the prn file for printing a Rectangle with rounded corner. in the prn it was created as a bitmap image instead of TSPL command, if we go with rectangle without any rounded corner. its generating a correct TSPL prn. the issue is the rectangle with rounded corner only. 

I have attached the Bartender design, prn, driver and BT license info.

  My guess is that the printer itself can only produce straight line images and so to add the corners BarTender will send the box down as an image rather than printer commands
