I need more printers to use the license

My customer is using license keys for 3 printers. 
Can they upgrade the number of usable printers now? 
If so, what should be done?

  You would need to contact a local BarTender reseller/partner and speak to them about upgrading the software. If you are not sure who that would be, then contact your regional Seagull Sales team and they will put you in touch with one
