How do I update multiple Objects with one Text Input Box

Hi, I have a linked Excel database. Each row has multiple rows of data.

On my Data Entry Form I have a Text Input Box to enter the SKU #. 

I want the UDI and Kit Items to update based upon which row the SKU# is on.

I attaching this image to give clarity to the issue.

When I enter a different SKU # i always get back the first row of data instead of getting the correct Kit Items or UDI number.

  Have you created a filter in your Database Connection Setup to enable the record selection lookup in the database? 

  After that you then need to link the entry field on your Data Entry form to the filter created above

  I figured it out you need to set up a Query Prompt Filter
