adding a button on a form

Is it possible to add a field for printing to the form. I would like to enter my data-Then have the option to type into a text input box on the Form the number of labels i need to print. 

On the same form I want to have another button that will have a set number that when clicked it will automatically print that number. 

I would rather not have to go to the template view every time if that's possible. I can see the label data on the form that I entered.

  You would probably need to use VB to achieve this, so at print time the number of labels printed will be the value entered in the text box if the button is not pressed, but if it is then the button value is the number of labels to print
