Zebra label prints not matching print preview in Bartender

We have a large Zebra printer, I think it's a ZT410. I have labels formed from a database which look fine on the print preview. When I print them on the Zebra with 3x3 labels, the output is the first line of eash page printed on subsequent lines of labels. Why is it skipping the 2nd and 3rd line on each page?

  That sounds like something isn't correct with the label/page setup and/or possibly with the sensor settings in the label so I would suggest checking those are correct.
