Print job sent but nothing's printed

Our organisation is using :

A label printer: Intermec P43 set as a network printer

and the app: Bartender 2022 R8 Professional version 11.3/216048.

 

When we launch print jobs from another app ( SAP ) the job is done fine.

When we try to print labels directly from Bartender: the job is sent to the printer spooler, go to "printed" status, but nothing happens on the printer.

 

Do you know any configuration reason that could give the behavior ?

I saw in another post that the print is working only with printer font selected. Which font as to be selected ?

  My guess would be the print mode/protocol that the printer is set to. If you set it on the front panel to Direct from Fingerprint then that may work
