all black labels have margins on left and bottom

We are trying to print some labels inverted (negative) but there is a "margin" on the left and bottom that we cant seem to be able to get rid of and its shifting the image up and right.

Zebra 105SL

Also tried to do it directly from the zebra designer and was able to move it vertically but not horizontally.

  There should be a setting on the front panel where you can adjust the start of print and left/right offsets or else you could try these:
