No or slow printing on two RDS Hosts

Hello,

we suddenly have some problems with Toshiba TEC printers on two or maybe more RDS Hosts. It isnt possible to print labels on it. In event viewer we have event ID 768 

The printmenu cant be accessed. We have reinstalled drivers (2024.1), with same result. We have reinstalled one of the RDS Host. The problem doenst exist anymore on this server. We have many more servers. We dont want reinstall all servers. We use a print server with shared printers. Do you have an idea?

  Good morning Marco,
  I am in the same situation with the same problem on an RDS server. It is not the first time it has happened. It is already the third RDS server that I reinstall. It works for a few months and then it comes back. Have you solved it somehow? Thanks
