Printing in Print Portal

 I have a Zebra ZD500r printer and I'm evaluating the Print Portal, I can print 3 columns of labels in Bartender Ent automation 2016 but I I can't get the same print result at Print Portal, it only printed one label in the middle and the left and white label has nothing to print. My label is 98 mm W and my label template is 30mm x 15mm.  I cannot find a layout section at Print portal nor the Printer property to allow me to amend it.. Can you shed me some lights?  I have already downloaded and installed the printer driver from your site.. If this works, I'm properly go for the enterprise edition instead of Automation...

  You wouldn't set the page or printer settings in Print Portal. Those are set and stored with the BarTender document. Print Portal just reads the selected BarTender document to print from a set location.
