Serialization with prefix and suffix

I have the barcode below connected to an Excel sheet.  The yellow portion is the data that is pulled from the sheet.  There is a required prefix and two additional digits on the end that need to be serialized.  I've tried multiple ways, but can't get just the suffix to print with serialization without changing the highlighted portion.  Any help is appreciated!

  I am guessing from your title that you have added the end sting as a suffix rather than as an separate string that you can then set to serialise.
