After Power Fallure: Bartender Would Not Start

We had a power failure. The next day, we started having problems with a file in the BT32 folder: BtEng.dll file.  This program sits on the server.  The error is attached.  So the thought was we could take the good file from the cd and replace this file on the server. However, when doing this, this folder and file are locked and cannot beaccessed or renamed or deleted. The only solution we found was to copy the good files into a new folder (called BT32A) and then point shortcuts on clients to that folder and everything worked fine.  Does anyone know how to give access to that folder so we can fix it or is it not possible.  We made sure everyone was out of the program.

  I suggest you run the BarTender installer and perform a repair of the installation.  If that fails do a full removal and then reinstall.
