Sdk Demo Print Server Demo

I'm trying to set-up the demo, but I'm getting 192 errors because variables don't exist like ('_textNumberPrintEngines', '_imagePreview', .... ,  '_listPrinters'). I believe that I added all the files to the project.

  Make sure you have installed BarTender with .net SDK on the PC used for compile project. .net SDK can be installed by custom install of BarTender installer.
