Enterprise Automation 10.1 Sr3 And Windows Xp / 7

We are running Enterprise Automation 10.1 and I want to make sure it is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows XP?  We are experiencing some printing issues via XP, label sends to printer then deletes without printing.

  Your issue sounds like a printer installation issue rather than specific to Windows XP. Do you see it on multiple XP installations?

  I'm guessing a printer driver issue too, probably on USB, where and incorrect virtual USb port has been selected.  Try changing the USB port in the driver properties if there are others available.  Either that or do a full removal and then reinstall using the Seagull DriverWizard.
