Tec B-Ex4T1 Printer And Omni_Id Iq400 Labels

We are attempting to use the IQ-400 RFID tags (from Omni-ID) on a Toshiba B-EX4T1 RFID printer.  The product spec sheet for the IQ-400 label does say that they are certifed on Toshiba printers.

We are using Seagull Scientific's BarTender software (Edition: Professional/Version: 10.10) to generate the interface commands (control codes) we use to print text and barcodes on the IQ-400 label and encode the RFID tag on the label.

Do you know what the minimum settings need to be on the B-EX4T1 printer to reliably print/encode the IQ-400 tags?

We can print 1 or 2 tags in a row, but then we get various errors which have included:
- write RFID error (bunch of horizontal lines get printed on 2 or 3 tags)
- no paper errors (load paper error), even though tags are present in the printer
- eprom errors

We have not been able to get the IQ-400 labels to reliably print on the B-EX4T1 printer, and we need some assistance as soon as possible.

  That sounds like a calibration issue on the printer.  Have you done both a label calibration and an RFID calibration on the printer with the label stock that you're using?
