Qr Code Separated With Semicolon

Hello. I have a QR code which is composed of three fields: code, S/N and expDate. I would like the three fields to be separated by ";" (semicolon). How can I make this label to appear the ";" only when I scan the QR code, because in this moment appear in my text field and QR code.

  Use the Human Readable section of the Barcode Properties to open the "Search and Replace"  options. Change the dropdown to "Search and Delete", then just search for semicolons ( ;) and they will be removed from the human readable. Attached a screenshot.
