Use Data Entry Form Input For Two Or More Fields

We are printing 4x12 labels that are placed on the corner of a case and the fields are mirrored on each side of the label. We are using a Data Entry Form for entering some information at print time and we are wondering if it is possible to link a Text or Number input to more than one Linked Data Source? For example we have a field for Lot Number that is printed twice on the label and also used as part of a Application Identifier on the barcode which is also printed twice, can we create one Data Entry Input to populate those fields?

  Disregard my question, figured out how to accomplish what we wanted by using the Data Souce Object Value.
