Bartender Ultralite - Use By Prompt At Print

I am new to Bartender Ultralite having previously used Bar One.  We would like to put a post date Use By date on the label, the number of Offset days can vary.  This is easily achieved using the Offset By function or by just overwriting the date but this could lead to errors.  

Therefore, we would like to do this at the print prompt so that the number of Offset Days can be varied at the time of printing.  By way of example, the print prompt asks for the number of Offset days and adds this to today's date and returns this calculated date to the label for printing.

How do you do this?
