Bartender Service Login Causing Firewall Issues For User

We are currently running Bartender 10.1 with a SQL 2008 r2 remote database server connect.  We have set up a general system service to log into the Bartender System Service on the local PCs and server.   As a standard, we do not grant Internet access to our service accounts.  For some reason, the fact that I have this system service set up and running on my local PC, it effects my network users access to the Internet.  Our firewall is logging the event under the system service.  Why is that??

  If you create a custom account for the BarTender services to use then I don't see why that would affect other interactive users from other Windows user accounts.  You'll need to debug this with the help of your system/network admin.
