Database Look Up And Printing

I have an Excel DB w/ three fields per entry.  I would like to have the user enter one field in the Data Form Entry, and have BarTender pull the other data from the DB and print the label.  Is this possible?

 

I have the .btw file successfully connected to the DB and seeing all records.

  It looks like you're after doing a database query prompt at print time:

  Hi,

  I am trying to have a prompt pop out at the time pf printing to have the user select a specific field but It just does not seems the prompt is coming out.

  Where and how you set this up?

  If you're wishing to prompt on a database field, you would do this via the "Query" tab of BarTender's database connection setup dialog ("File > Database Connection Setup"). The training video link I included in my first post covers this.
