    I believe this has been resolved. End-user installed the driver and it seemed to work. My shortfall was not having access to installation instructions, and not being familiar with the hardware key setup.

    Yes, remember that prior to v7.50 we used hardware keys only to activate the software. If they moved the license to a new computer away from a previously working set-up, then chances are they need to download and install the latest device driver for the hardware key. It could also be the case of course that the hardware key has failed. That is but one reason as to why we moved away from hardware keys on later versions.
