Printing Single Database Entries Rather Than All

Hello,

 

I'm new to BarTender, but have come pretty far in the last few days; though I've hit a sudden road block. When trying to get my label to link to a database, it wants to print all the database entries when I Preview or Print. How do I select which entries I want to print, without entering 1,2,3.... etc. I want to be able to select the part number, and have it propogate all of the other text fields, and then print one label.

  You should set up a query using a query prompt, and then combine that with a "Select records at print time" dialog for record selection.  The below training videos will step you through the process.
