Drop Down Prompt

Hi

 

I have 2 prompts on my label. The 1st prompt is a sales order and the 2nd prompt is stock code. Can the 2nd prompt be a drop down list of codes associated to the 1st?

  This is currently not possible in BarTender. There is no such "OnPromptChange" event which would allow you to detect changes in the selection for the first prompt form, and then show a different set of drop-down list items on the second prompt. This is currently a feature request item to be considered to be implemented in a future BT version.

   

  Currently, your workaround would be to automate BT via an external front-end application which makes use of our .NET SDKs:

  Has this been changed at all since 2013?  We are on version 11.0.8.3153 (64-bit).
