Printer Maestro Seeing Only Local Printers

What might be the issue of not being able to reprint a label on the same printer that just printed the label. The printer is online and ready. If I just printed to it, why would there be a message in Printer Maestro that says "Access Denied"? Shouldn't it have said that the first time the label was printed? Our network manager said the printer has "everyone" permissions. Any ideas?

  The reprinting is controlled via the BarTender System Service. Check the user account specified for that Windows service and make sure that the account has adequate permissions over folder, file and printer resources both local and network.
