How to change printer？

I bought BarTender 2019 with one printer license two years ago. Lately, the printer has been showing signs of breaking down and I want to replace it. But I can't seem to find a way to release the printer. Do I have to wait for 7 days before I can use the new printer? This is a major issue as our production tasks cannot afford to stop using the printer for 7 days. I am struggling to find a solution to this problem. The codesoft software we use doesn't have this problem.

  You must contact support directly, mentioning the license number. The printer will then be deleted and you can use a new one immediately without having to wait 7 days.
