reprint console wont update

hi guys,

having issues on reprint console that wont update, the last print that showing is from the 30/11/23, is causes a big issue on the the productions, any help would really appreciated.

  Not sure, but you could check History Explorer and see if that is updating and if it has reported any errors and you could also check the System Database settings etc in Administration Console
