Would be possible to have complete bartender solution within 1 virtual machine (VM)

We want to investigate if we can have 3 bartender servers, 3 license servers and a database all running from the same VM. This is to reduce costs on non-production.

  If you are using 2019 or upwards you can have multiple licences held in the same instance of Administration Console but if you are using an earlier version of BarTender then that is not possible
