Transfer License Server

Is it possible to transfer the license server to a different server?

We have Server-A that we are about to decom, but it holds the active licenses for all printers that we use.

We would like to get this moved over to Server-B instead.

Is this just deactivate server A and then install on Server-B? What will happen to the printer licenses currently in use?

  If you have BarTender 2019 or upwards, install the software on the new server and then link to the existing licence and then on the old server open Administration Console and Licencing and when the Current Licence appears, right click and choose the Move option and follow the prompts to transfer the licence to the new location
