Link Form Input to Qr Code generation

I have a QR code on my label and I want to add the text input from my Data Entry Field (so from the form) to the QR Code. When I go to add data source the QR Code, there is no option to select a data entry field

  Add the field to the QR code as normal setting the source as Embedded Data and the connect the Data Entry Box to the QR field via the Linked Data Source option in the Properties of the Data Entry Field
