Directly linking a table to an Excel range

I am trying to print a label that basically copies a table from Excel but with proper formatting. When I link the file as a database it generates several labels (records), one for each of the rows, but I want every to print on the same label. This seems like it should be very simple but I can't find any info on how to do this; is there an easy way to use the contents of cells in excel to populate a label? I think I could do it if I create a database for each row but that seems unnecessarily cumbersome...

  Yes, thank you so much! I guess I was having trouble with the nomenclature. Setting the "Maximum number of records per printed item" arbitrarily high allowed me to select individual cell values for each of my text fields which is exactly what I wanted. Cheers
