Cannot print

I am using datamas O'Neil H-Class. I don't why nothing came out. suddenly. I tried to printed test page it came out but don't know why others nothing came out. I tried to check the print queue, but not in the print queue and no error message I got.  I usually print directly from the bar tender. Kindly please advise how to sort it out? Is it because I change the label setting? Thanks.

  Are you using our Drivers by Seagull printer drivers? If not, we would recommend you download and install these for your printer and try again. You can find them here.
