Error opening Access database

I come from Bartender 2016 R9 without problem, today wed buy a new license for bartender 2022 R5 and when i open my file and i try to print a labre i have this error:

Can you help me please?

  Does this label have a database connection? If so, we would recommend deleting this database connection and recreating it anew. 
  
  
  
  If you create a new connection, do you still experience this issue?
