Uninstaller not working

My client is trying to uninstall Bartender 2016 which was installed some time ago when they had a different server.  The uninstaller is trying to reference some files saved on an old redirected network folder which is no longer there since the server has been changed.  Error:

\\SBS02\RedirectedFolders\Martin\MyDocuments\BarTender\SAP\Parser. GetLastError: 4350

How can I continue the uninstall, or is there a way to edit whatever file is referencing that location and point it towards the new server or local files instead?

  Do you have an antivirus running during the uninstall? If so, try disabling it and running the uninstall again. If you don't have an antivirus or disabling it still gives you issues, you should try running the Windows removal tool to remove the software: Windows Removal Tool.
