    Hello,

     

    This sounds like something we would need to do a bit of troubleshooting on.  I have went ahead and created a ticket for you in our system and a technical representative should be reaching out to you shortly.

    I have still not received any assistance with this issue.  The problem is not in the Bartender designer software.  I can print the label from the Designer application and it works fine.  The issue occurs when our production team tries to print it using Print Station.  It causes it to loose parts of the designed label.   In particular, the barcodes

    Confused, the original post is from 8 years ago and looks like Seagull's Tech Support got involved and dealt with it outside of this user forum
