Fail to print Datamax I-4208 Bartender 2022

Dear all,

I'm using REST API to print via Bartender 2022 to Datamax I-4208 and Barternder (Hystory Explorer) retuns the message "Document failed because there were no templates to render and no forms to show".

does any one have already this problem?

  Hi, just to share the solution with the group:

  The I-4208 Driver installed at desktop was different from .BTW criation, this was the error reason.
  The Bartender server msg is not clear about it. but I got the success now.
