BarTender: Error Message #3631

Hello,

We are receiving Error Message #3631 while printing on Bartender 2016 R3. The error message reads:

 

"An image error occurred:

Function not successful."

 

Has anyone else run into this issue or know the cause/solution?

  As a first step, and since your revision of BarTender is severely outdated, we would recommend updating to the latest revision of BarTender 2016, which includes a great number of bug fixes and quality-of-life upgrades. You can find the download link here, and instructions for the updating process here.
  
  Also, could you tell us what format type the images in your labels have? Are they .SVG by any chance?
