I have an excel file with data in the format…

<BLANK>,<BLANK>DATA, DATA, DATA

DATA, DATA, <BLANK>,<BLANK>,<BLANK>

I'm using two record pickers on separate forms to select data, one based of contents of the first column and one based on contents of the third column.

Trouble is blank fields are displaying on the record picker and I want to suppress.

Tried loads of things but nothing seems to work! Any ideas? I don't want to create two excel files though.
