Barcode issues
Hi,
We are printing barcode labels for transport.
The barcode is 30 character long. Sometimes it prints out fine:
But sometimes the barcode would not print out correctly. Could you please advise what might have caused the issue and what do i need to do to fix this? Thanks

Not sure why the bottom image is appearing as it is but I would suggest that the barcode be moved over to the right as it is too near the edge of the label to allow for the Quiet Zone and it looks like a number of elements have failed on your printhead which is why you have the voids in the text box and barcode and those are probably making the barcode invalid and unreadable.

Thanks Pete. We've changed the printhead and moved the barcode over to the right. We no long have this issue now. Cheers!
