We are using BarTender 2022 R8 and we are making several labels with Microsoft SQL Server database where we use colors in a database field to fill for example a line when the product is zinc plated. In this case it should show a blue line, but when it is stainless steel A2 its green and stainless steel A4 red. When I try a printpreview it shows blue, but when I print it the label gets printed in green or red.

Why does this happen?

Can it have something to do with our cache table wich gets refreshed every 15 a 30 minutes?

I cannot explain why it shows a different color when printed. Someone any ideas?
