BarTender Template Misalignment Issue
I would like to request advice regarding issues we are experiencing while using the BarTender program in our factory production line. The details are as follows:
In our production line, there are two main points:
- First point: Template design is created using BarTender versions 2021 and 2019.
- Second point: The design files from the first point are sent for printing using BarTender versions 2022, 2021, and 2016. We are using three printers.
When we transfer the design files from the first point to the printing point, we encounter several problems such as template misalignment, font changes, and size changes. As a result, we need to adjust the template again at the production site.
Is there any way to prevent having to modify the template each time? Is it possible to transfer the file and print it directly without needing to re-adjust the template?

I would suggest always use the matching printer drivers when creating the labels as to the ones being used when printing the label as this will load the correct default settings for sizes and positonng etc as well as available (imbedded) fonts, if you are using those
